Version 1.0 · October 8, 2026
Terms and conditions
These are the terms for buying and using what Menteorama sells. By buying, you accept them. They do not limit any right you have by law as a consumer.
1. Who sells
Daniela Regina Salgado Vizcaíno, a sole proprietor doing business as Menteorama, with address at Campeche 252-402, col. Hipódromo, alcaldía Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06100, Ciudad de México, México. Contact: [email protected].
2. What we sell
Online courses and digital products; in some cases, physical products. Each product page says what it includes, which language it is in and how it is delivered.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Mexican pesos and include applicable Mexican taxes unless the page says otherwise. If you buy from another country, the store may show the equivalent in your currency and your bank may charge its own fees. Payment is processed by the store; we never see or store your card details.
4. Delivery and access
Courses are delivered by email: you receive a personal code to sign in with your email. One-time access lasts as long as the course exists; subscription access lasts while it is active. If a course were discontinued, we would notify you in advance and you could download your journal and notes.
5. Personal use
Your access is personal and non-transferable. You may use the content for your learning and practice, including with your own clients; you may not resell it, share your code or publish the course content as your own.
6. Intellectual property
The texts, lessons and design of the courses belong to Menteorama or their authors. Third-party works we use (for example, historical illustrations) are credited to their authors. What you write in your journal is yours.
7. Returns and refunds
Full refund within 10 days, no conditions, for digital products. Details, including physical products and subscriptions, are in the returns policy.
8. What the content is and is not
Our courses teach crafts, traditions and practices. They do not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and no reading, chart or practice is a prediction or a guarantee of results.
9. Liability
We do our best to keep courses available and error-free, but there may be interruptions. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid for the product concerned.
10. Changes to these terms
If they change, we will post the new version here with its date. Purchases already made are governed by the version in force at the time of purchase.
11. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Before any claim, write to us: almost everything is solved by email. If you are a consumer in Mexico, you may also go to the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO). Otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of Mexico City.
