Returns and refund policy

Courses and digital products

• You have 10 calendar days from purchase to request a full refund. No conditions: it does not matter how far you have gone.
• Once refunded, your access closes. Before closing it we send you your journal and notes so you can keep them.

Subscriptions

• Cancel anytime, from the link in your purchase email or by writing to us. No minimum term.
• When you cancel, you stop paying for the next period and keep access until the end of the one you already paid.
• The first payment of a subscription has the same 10-day guarantee. Later periods are not partially refunded.
• Your journal, spreads and progress are never deleted when you cancel: you can always download them.

Physical products

• We accept returns within 10 calendar days of delivery.
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• If it arrived damaged or defective, we pay the return shipping. If you return it because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping.
• Made-to-order items (print on demand) can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective. Send us a photo of the damage.

How to return and how long it takes

1. Email [email protected] with the subject “Return”, your name, the email you bought with and what you want to return.
2. We reply within 5 business days. For a physical item, we send you the return address and shipping instructions.
3. Digital: we issue the refund the same day we approve it. Physical: we issue it within 5 business days of receiving the item.
4. The money goes back to the original payment method. Your bank or card may take a few more days to show it.
