Privacy policy
Daniela Regina Salgado Vizcaíno, a sole proprietor doing business as Menteorama, with address at Campeche 252-402, col. Hipódromo, alcaldía Cuauhtémoc, C.P. 06100, Ciudad de México, México, is responsible for the personal data collected on menteorama.co, under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
1. Data we collect
| Newsletter | Your email and the date you subscribed. |
| Purchase | Name, email, product, amount and order number. Payment is processed by the store (Shopify); we never see or store your card details. |
| Using a course | Your progress, notes and journal. Each course has its own privacy notice on its site. |
| Email you send us | What you write and your email address. |
| Browsing | Your language preference (one cookie) and, if you use the cart, its identifier in your browser. Visit statistics are aggregated and use no cookies. |
We do not process sensitive personal data.
2. Why we use them
- Deliver what you bought and give you access to your courses.
- Answer your emails, refunds and returns.
- Send you the newsletter, if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe anytime.
- Calculate the commission of whoever recommended a course, when you arrived through their link. Only the link is used.
- Meet legal and tax obligations when you buy.
We do not use your data for third-party advertising or profiling, and we never sell or transfer it.
3. Who they are shared with

These providers process data on our behalf and only for the purposes stated. Some have servers outside Mexico.
4. How long we keep them
Newsletter data, until you unsubscribe. Purchase data, as long as tax law requires. Course data, while you keep your account; if you ask to close it, your progress, notes and journal are deleted.
5. Your rights (ARCO)
You can access, rectify, cancel and object to the processing of your data; you can also withdraw your consent and ask us to limit its use. It is free.
Email [email protected] with the subject “Personal data”, your name, a way to reply, an official ID and which right you want to exercise over which data.
We reply within 20 days and, if it applies, carry it out within the following 15 days. These periods may be extended once for an equal period when justified. If you believe your right was violated, you may go to Mexico’s Secretariat of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance, the competent authority.
6. Cookies
We use a single cookie, for your language. The cart stores its identifier in your browser. We use no analytics cookies or advertising trackers.
7. Changes and consent
If anything changes, we will post the new version here with its date and email you if it affects data you already gave us. By subscribing or buying you accept this policy for the purposes in section 2.
If the Spanish and English versions differ, the Spanish version governs.
